Research On The Current Situation And Promotion Strategies Of Caoxian's Performance Costumes Industrial Cluster

With the increasingly fierce market competition,as the organization mode in a certain region,the industrial cluster can achieve huge benefits replying on the external economic benefit brought by spatial agglomeration,thus injecting new vitality into the regional economic development.As a part of traditional textile and garment industry,the performance costume is a new industry.Due to the rapid development of e-commerce,its market demand is effectively rising and the industrial cluster scale is constantly expanding,which promotes the rapid and healthy development of regional economy.Caoxian in Shandong province as a traditional large agricultural county,rely on the performance costume industry cluster,from the poverty on the path of a rapid development,the pace of development ranks the forefront of the province,on other underdeveloped areas to achieve leapfrog development is of great significance.This paper selects the industrial cluster of performance costumes in Caoxian as the research object,combines statistical data and preliminary field research results and uses some charts to show the development process,which more systematically and intuitively analyzes the complex structure,growth mode and competitive situation of industrial cluster.Focusing on the empirical analysis of the current situation of the industry cluster of performance costumes in Caoxian by using the Porter "diamond" model,and draws the following conclusions: First,the evolution of industrial clusters follow a certain life cycle and the evolution time of each stage is uncertain,but the competition will generally be intensified with the development of the cluster;Second,E-commerce help them open the market with providing an unprecedented opportunity for concentrated in rural areas,small and medium enterprises constitute the industrial cluster;Third,the main advantage of the industry cluster of performance costumes in Caoxian: These advantages drive the rapid growth of the cluster which are rich primary factors,strong domestic and international demand,related and support industry and comprehensive,external competitive good environment,new opportunities for E-commerce and government support;Fourth,the main disadvantage of the industry cluster of performance costumes in Caoxian: These deficiencies restrict the further development of the cluster which are lack of technical talent,low profit margins,low degree of division of labor,intense competition within the cluster,difficulty in risk prevention of E-commerce,and fewer leading enterprises.Therefore,the government,clusters and enterprises need to explore a more efficient,more high-quality industrial cluster direction for the lack of competitiveness of performance costumes in Caoxian.The government should formulate personnel policies,improve the service system;cultivate leading enterprises,and promote the development of clusters.The cluster should deepen the division of labor and promote the development of group.The enterprises need to crack the dilemma of demand,enhance profit margins,organizational change,stimulate competitive vitality and take preventive measures to take the initiative to deal with risks.Only three parties work together and form a concerted effort which can improve the competitiveness of the cluster,promote the sustained and healthy development of the regional economy.
