Quantitative Research On Safety Responsibility Performance Of Construction Enterprises

The safety responsibility system is the most important and basic system to ensure the safety of enterprises.It is the most basic requirement for the state to strengthen the safe production.It is of great practical significance for enterprises to implement the responsibility of safety production subject and establish a comprehensive and scientific responsibility system.Based on safe production responsibility system of safety performance management is a modern management method,it can effectively improve production safety management efficiency,promote the realization of the goal of enterprise organization strategy.Based on the new situation and requirements of national safety production,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the safety production responsibility system of construction enterprises,analyzes the system,and improves and optimizes it.Based on the demand of production safety laws and regulations and safety production responsibility system,performance management,the method of safety management theory,system design,integration optimization,establishing responsibility,right and clear,in longitudinal and transverse to the edge of the end,materialize,manages concertedly weights of safe production responsibility system,and designed for the safe production responsibility system and evaluation system of performance appraisal,for construction enterprise safety production responsibility implement,and scientific management methods and tools.(1)the weight system of safety responsibility of construction enterprises.With laws and regulations and enterprise safety production responsibility system,on the basis of quantitative research enterprise at all levels,departments,job of production safety responsibility weights,based on the results of quantitative qualitative division at all levels,departments,each position and the correlation of production safety responsibility,divided into strong,in general,the weak correlation at three levels.From two dimensions-four sequences to establish the construction enterprise safety production responsibility weight system.(2)research on construction enterprise management department and post KPITo enterprise's safety responsibility system for each management department and each post in the classified on the basis of the security responsibility,the management and post safety responsibilities in design,combined with the KPI of quantitative research of key technology,design the performance KPI management and post safety responsibility scale,in order to realize the implementation of quantitative evaluation to the safe production responsibility.(3)research on the safety responsibility performance measurement system of construction enterprises.Combining the safety production responsibility weight system with the management department/post responsibility performance evaluation KPI scale,the PDCA management mode is the basic idea,and the safety responsibility performance evaluation system is designed.In order to apply to the daily safety management of construction enterprises,it has practical guiding significance to enterprises and can effectively improve the level of safety management.
