Discussion On Countermeasures Of Cross - Border E - Commerce Development In Hebei Province

Cross-border e-commerce, the combination of the Internet and foreign trade, refers to companies or individuals from different countries and regions clinch bargains and finish payment and settlement through e-commerce platform,achieve delivery of goods through cross-border logistics in order to complete import and export of international trade transactions.With its novel way, it improves transaction efficiency, reduces transaction costs, makes more participants participate in the international trade competition. It has become a new growth point of a country or a region under the sluggish economic situation.However, the development of domestic cross-border e-commerce is unbalanced.The the level of cross-border B2 C e-commerce development in Zhejiang Province is ahead of other areas of the country, while cross-border e-commerce application level in Guangdong Province enterprises is more mature. In contrast, the level of cross-border e-commerce development in Hebei Province is behind in Zhejiang, Guangdong,Shenzhen, Shanghai and other developed provinces and municipalities, Hebei Province has a larger space for development in the field of cross-border e-commerce. With the deeper integration,application, popularization of e-commerce and major foreign trade industries and advantageous foreign trade industries, Hebei Province’s foreign trade development will be greatly promoted.Cross-border e-commerce will become a new power of foreign economic and trade in Hebei Province..This paper studies the impact of cross-border e-commerce in foreign trade growth,analyzes of the status quo of cross-border e-commerce development from a macro point of view, including policy and legal environment, structure and development trends, and analyzes its impact of China’s foreign trade development with the existing data. This article focuses on potential analysis of the development ofcross-bordere-commercein Hebei with SWOT analysis and comparative analysis with cross-border e-commerce development advanced provinces-Zhejiang Province from the macro-management,trade links, operational mechanism,personnel training angles, drawing deficiencies in all aspects of Hebei Province. Finally, this article proposes corresponding strategies based on existing deficiencies in all aspects of Hebei Province,including macro-management,trade links,operational mechanism and personnel training and proposes development suggestions combined with cross-border e-commerce industry and characteristics of the county economic development in Hebei Province.
