| In recent years,the Internet information technology has been developed by leaps and bounds,and has finally become the most valuable and most advanced productive force in modern society.In the process of writing this paper,the author explored the information productivity theory,relative-closed information management theory,the theory of public product theory,the network information economic theory,and the overall characteristics and connotation of agricultural developmentunder the background of "Internet +",and on the basis of these specific probes,the author attempts to put forward the theory framework for agricultural development based on"Internet +",in order to make Hebei province access to more referential information in setting up the plan for its rural informatization development under the background of "Internet +".After conducting researches on rural land loss in Hebei province,it was finally found that by vigorously promoting the progress of rural Internet information technology,it could greatly promote the agricultural industrial structure,and finally improve effectively farmers’ income level.However,to achieve in Hebei province the sustainable development of agricultural informationization based on the"Internet +",the current agriculturalization is a foundation,and the coordinated development strategy of agricultural informationization based on "Internet ＋" should be worked out,in order to effectively enhance the integration efficiency of agricultural resources,and deepen the agricultural supply side structural reform,promote the competitiveness of the agricultural area and effectively implement the accurate poverty alleviation system requirements.After a detailed explanation of the development of agricultural economy in Hebei province,the author summarized the opportunities that it can get during its"Internet +" development,such as abundant agricultural resources,convenient transportation and solid foundation of agricultural development.In addition,because of the national agricultural development policies,the rural informatization development under the "Internet +" environment has gained more development opportunities.However,in addition to these advantages,we also need to see the limitations in terms of capital investment,technical expertise,e-commerce applications and infrastructure,including government dominating functions.In consideration of these limitations,an optimization design should be made for the rural informatization development strategy under the background of "Internet +" in Hebei province,so as to play an effective guiding role in the development of agricultural informatization in the province.In the later stage,Hebei province also needs to focus strongly on the aspects of agricultural e-commerce,agricultural artificial intelligence,agricultural service informatization,and agricultural big data build-up.In addition,the government should also formulate sound policies and systems,vigorously improve the construction of rural information infrastructure and actively cultivate excellent agricultural talents,and comprehensively promote the coordinated development between Internet and agricultural industry. |
