In past ten years,the developing of the global economy was in the turmoil state,and the recovery of the global economy also was slowly.As a result,more and more Chinese enterprises decide to proceed an organizational change to solve the problems which faced in complex and changeable environment of market economy.The research background of this study is what enterprises proceed an organizational change.And these enterprises as research object that have just ended organizational change or are undergoing organizational change.As you know,the organizational change true means change.In the process of organizational change,the cognition degree of organization members to organizational change directly determines their job performance in the process of change.This paper is about the research of organizational change from the microscopic individual level.And it also is a research on the relationship between cognition of organizational change and job performance which combine organizational change theory with cognitive theory.This paper also tries to find and verify that the stress management strategy can mediate between organizational change cognition and job performance.We expect that the research results can provide some revelations for management of the enterprises during organizational changing.The results of research show:Organizational change cognition has positive effect on job performance;Organizational change cognition has negative influence on stress management strategy;Stress management strategy has a positive impact on job performance.The stress management strategy plays an intermediary role in organizational change cognition and job performance.The stress management strategy provides a good perspective for the study of organizational change.The cognitive degree of organizational change of organization members is as the source of stress.Base on this source of stress,we try to research the changes in job performance of organization members during organizational change.The research can make the theory both in organizational management and human resource management richly.On the other hand,it also can provide the reference advice of management for Chinese enterprises in practice.
