Under the transitional economy which takes dynamic uncertainty as its feature, more and more medium-sized and small enterprises have to put the organizational change on the agenda. This paper is under the background of the organizational change of medium-sized and small enterprises. We focus on the Entrepreneurial teams. The discussion is about the effect of cognition of organizational change on job performance, the mediating role of psychological ownership and moderating role of the leader-member exchange(LMX) between team members and the boss of the company, in order to to enrich the study in this area and promote Chinese medium-sized and small enterprises in management during organizational change.And the results show that cognition of organizational change has a positive relationship with job performance and psychological ownership; psychological ownership has a positive relationship with job performance.Futhermore, the relationship between cognition of organizational change and job performance is mediated by psychological owner; and LMX moderates the relationship between cognition of organizational change and psychological ownership.
