Enterprises are increasingly influenced by economic globalization and market internationalization,under the era of high speed development of contemporary economy and the era of comprehensive transformation.At the same time,it will face more and more challenges from internal development needs and external competition,making the possibility and frequency of internal organizational change increasing.Enterprises need more and more diversity of organizational changes to adapt to fierce market competition and preemption to the market.Because the staff information asymmetry and the pursuit of their own interests,so that enterprises suffer the serious resistance during the process of organization transformation,so that the effect of organizational change is not up to expectations.How to handle the relationship between the organization and the individual interests,is not a problem to be solved by the enterprise need to change.This study takes employee participatory management as the research object,taking organizational change as the research background,and closely related to the topic of “the relationship between employee participation management and organizational change performance under the role of change cognition”,aiming to explore the following issues;(1)The mechanism of different employees' participatory management mode on the performance of organizational change;(2)The role of different demographic variables in the impact of employee participatory management on organizational change performance;(3)The mechanism of change cognition on the relationship between employee participatory management model and organizational change performance.This study is based on the background of organizational change,taking employee participatory management as the breakthrough point,introducing the regulatory variable of change cognition,taking the questionnaire method as data collection method,through empirical analysis,using SPSS to establish regression equation to explore and discuss the influence of employee participation management on organizational change performance.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Employee participatory management and its various dimensions have a significant positive impact on organizational change performance;(2)Change cognition and its various dimensions have a regulatory role in the impact of employee participation management on organizational change performance;(3)The differences in employees' gender,age,education level,working experience,job level and scale of enterprises will have some influence on the performance of organizational change.(4)The research shows that information sharing is easier to achieve in the enterprises where the employees are surveyed,which suggests that the adoption and authorization incentives have not been well implemented in Chinese enterprises.
