Since the China's reform and opening up for 30 years,in order to adapt to the market economy environment,China Post made the separation of posts and telecommunications reform,separation of government and enterprises reform,but it is still faced with very big competition.In the process of reform,the disadvantages of traditional enterprise human resources management system were exposed.The research object of this paper is the incentive system of H postal staff.Through early reading the paper about the classic incentive theory,and then making field investigations in the H postal company.From two aspects:the perceptual and the rational understanding of H postal corporation,I learned the present status of the practice of incentive system,employee motivation demand,currently existing problems and the reasons behind the incentive system.According to the enterprise strategy and the development goal the incentive system was designed,and puts forward detailed incentive methods,including the design of salary incentive,spirit incentive,growth and incentive design.This article will combine content of incentive management and operation of the company,setting enterprise development strategy as the guidance,provide the ideas and methods of effective employee incentive for H postal company for reference.
