Because of the structural reform of the electric power industry and the separation between primary and subsidiary electric power enterprises, some subsidiary electric multiply management enterprises, fettered by the characteristics of the electric power industry, are increasingly facing some difficulties during their own developing process. With incentive-related methodologies, this theses takes the case of Ningbo Zhengbang Investment Company Limited, one of the electric multiply management enterprises. It is to analyze the company's existing incentive mechanism and its problems and shortcomings, tries to probe an incentive mechanism suitable for the company's development from different perspectives, ranging from the mechanism's function, constitution and its characteristics. Finally, by using Balanced Scorecard method, this paper tries to further study how to design and establish performance policy and pay policy, two important components of incentive mechanism, and propose to take performance-based pay as the core of incentive mechanism, so that enterprise managerial leaders can get free from the fetter of traditional dependent mentality, initiatively go to the market and participate in competition.
