Research On Quality Of Migrant Workers' Employment

With the process of urbanization in Cina accelerated,a growing number of rural labor transfer to the city become the main force of Cina's construction.Howerver,migrant workers promoting urbanization construction,their employment issues are highlighted.To realize the strategic,which building a well-off society in an all-roud way,their employment quality needs to improve.In this study,firstly,summarizing the research of domestic and foreign scholars about the employment quality analysis,mainly including three point of view,which the connotation of employment quality,employment quality evaluation index system and migrant workers employment quality influence factors,then clear this paper research of the start point and the research key point.Secondly,according to the theory of employment quality and the experience of employment quality evaluation in domestic and foreign,setting out the specific framework of the evaluation of the quality of employment of migrant workers in China,and then determines the evaluation index system of migrant workers' employment quality,including five firstly indicators and twelve secondary indicators.The weight of the evaluation index system of the employment quality of migrant workers is analyzed by the method of analytic hierarchy process and entropy.Conclusion,employment of migrant workers there is a low level of income,long working hours,low labor contract,narrow insurance policy coverage,poor benefits,low participation of trade unions,the Government provided poor training efforts,to work and live in the local long-term intention is weak,in local working time is short,the problem of low-income professional and interpersonal satisfaction.Finally,systematically analysis affect the quality of migrant workers employment the double factors of marco and micro.Through empirical analysis concluded that,human capital,social capital are the micro factors that affect the quality of employment of migrant workers,the employment status of the formation of the quality of migrant workers is the source of dual labor market system,public service system,economic development and other macroeconomic factors.This article focuses on migrant workers from the two levels of government policyitself and proposed to improve the quality of employment of migrant workers countermeasures.
