The Design And Development Of Micro Class On "Room Service And Management" Towards Secondary Vocational Education

As a part of vocational education,secondary education has made great progress alongside the development of network technology,especially the popularity of intelligent mobile terminal,which has also changed communication and learning behavior among students.Online education,informal learning and micro class are flourishing and are characterized by digitization.Those make study easy and convenience at anytime,anywhere.Therefore,Internet + brings “:micro” epoch in education.The renovations are new challenges to secondary vocational education.The paper takes “Room Service and Management”,main course in Vocational Tourism Management major as an example,integrating the boring professional theory and complicated operation skills into the micro class.The aim is to change the trading unitary teaching method,to enrich the classroom teaching mode,meet the needs of diversified teaching and students learning the multi-level development.This dissertation begins with the research background,and analyzes the current situation of the application of the micro class at home and abroad,defines the concept of the micro course.Secondly,on the basis of the analysis of the nature of the course,the paper analyzes the main factors that influence the teaching effect of the course.Then micro class room service framework is founded on the basis of theoretical research of room service and management and micro class design.The paper takes “knock on the door into the room” as an example,describes the development process of micro class,method and step of the micro class production.Furthermore,the paper puts forward some suggestions for the development and micro class.Finally,the paper summarizes the main work and research results,points out the shortcomings of this study and the direction of future research,and puts forward some ideas and prospects for the future research and development of vocational courses.
