| Guizhou as a multi-ethnic region impoverished province,the causes of poverty alleviation is complex.In fact,solving the problem of poverty has become one of the themes of the world today.It is not only an economic phenomenon,but also a political issue.Since 2014,China’s implementation of the electricity supplier precision poverty alleviation strategy,whether it is academic research or practical experience,are relatively inadequate.Based on this,in the national strategy of poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation,this paper studies the poverty alleviation model of rural electricity providers in ethnic minority areas of Guizhou.The thesis consists of six chapters.In addition to the first chapter,the introduction and the sixth chapter,the conclusion and prospect,the other four chapters are related to the theoretical basis,the current situation,the internal mechanism analysis,and the model design choice.First of all,define and explain relevant theoretical concepts;secondly,through the analysis of the current situation of rural poverty alleviation business in Guizhou minority area,the diagnosis of the main problems,combined with the field survey of Yinjiang Tujia and Miao Autonomous County,demonstrated the need for rural electricity providers in Guizhou minority area poverty alleviation;on this basis,analysis of internal mechanism of rural electricity supplier Guizhou nation area poverty alleviation,in-depth demonstration of rural electricity supplier in Guizhou ethnic areas of poverty alleviation and stakeholders(including government,enterprises and farmers)the relationship between the rural poverty alleviation;finally,electric mode design selection of ethnic areas in Guizhou,and puts forward the related countermeasure.The study found that: the electricity supplier to increase savings effect on poverty alleviation are farmers,can enhance the ability of self realization.The government should strengthen the rural e-commerce knowledge guidance and training,strengthen the rural informatization and infrastructure construction,promote the establishment of a sound legal system,establish and improve the evaluation system of business work;accelerate theconstruction of rural logistics system,increase financial support,the support service work in rural areas of small and medium-sized enterprises,and accelerate rural business transformation and upgrading;at the same time,should also increase consumption concept and training of farmers in rural electricity providers user habits and other aspects of propaganda,to further promote the rural poverty alleviation business development in ethnic minority areas,rural poverty alleviation business model innovation,establishment of long-term effective mechanism for rural electricity providers in Minority Areas. |
