Under The Background Of The "Three Rural Problems" Outstanding Rural Electricity Research-in Poverty Alleviation In Yueqing City Dajing Town As An Example

With the rapid development of economy,the urban modernization degree is more and more high,the rural urbanization is intensifying,the second and third industry development,urban solid,and the development of the progress of countryside,agriculture and farmers' w ell-off relative lag problem caused by the "three rural problems" intensified,although in rec ent years,under the guidance of governments at all levels have constantly resolved,but will still have the social conflicts brought up by the gap between rich and poor.How to guide rural residents out of poverty to get rich is the key to solve the problem of existing society quickly.Based on this,this paper puts forward the research of this subje ct.Against the backdrop of the vigorous development of e-commerce across the country,ecommerce poverty alleviation has both a successful precedent and a failed lesson.In order t o find out the cause of failure more accurately,it will point out the direction for the future work of e-commerce poverty alleviation,and avoid going astray.In this paper,the town of yueqing city dajing electricity industry and conduct the thorough research to the poverty all eviation work,tentatively concluded that electricity can reference,can copy the effective m easures for poverty alleviation,guidance,help more rural poverty to get rich.Big jing town economy is relatively backward,traffic location relatively remote from the enormous outflo w,labor,industry in transition period,these features similar to most of China's rural povert y,so based on jing to actual results closer to the town.Research results show that the infrast ructure construction,talent echelon,culture,quality promotion,the industrial system is the key factor in electrical business results for poverty alleviation.
