For a long time,many preferential policies have been introduced to support the industrialization of agriculture.The new environment gives birth to new business opportunities.In recent years,more and more vegetable enterprises have begun to grope for various types of business operations,in order to grasp the market demand,explore the establishment of business model innovation.Therefore,it is of great practical significance for vegetable management enterprises to study the development strategy of vegetable enterprises under the new situation and formulate a reasonable and effective strategic policy.Ju Nong Compnay is a large vegetable enterprise in Shaanxi province.The industry chain covers many links,such as breeding,planting,processing,logistics,distribution and sales.Based on the theory of resource capability and the theory of core competence,we study the strategic management of Ju Nong Compnay.Through the PEST method,we analyze the external environment of the company,the state issued a series of industrial policies,constantly improve the living standards of residents,the health and the pursuit of environmental protection,vegetable planting technology provides a favorable external environment for the development of the company.The competition environment of the company is analyzed by using the five forces model.The results show that the market competition faced by Ju Nong Compnay is not very fierce,and the buyer's market determines the dominant position of the buyer in the market.From the internal environment,Ju Nong Compnay has established a large and high-quality base,variety of products,high-quality personnel and high-end certification industry is the core competitiveness of the company's development.By the SWOT method,we identify the company's strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,and combines four alternative strategies,and finally choose the WO strategy through the quantitative planning matrix.We expound the connotation of the strategy and implementation stage,put forward specific measures for the implementation of the strategy,including the expansion of production scale,improve the integration of industrial chain,expand sales channels,strengthen brand building,accelerate the cultivation of talents.The research conclusion of Ju Nong Compnay's strategic choice and implementation can help other agricultural enterprises to make clear their own competitive advantages,seize market opportunities,guide the smooth development of other business activities,and help other agricultural enterprises achieve leapfrog development.At the same time,it can provide some guidance for the strategic exploration of other modern agricultural enterprises.
