Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy.According to statistics from the National Bureau of Statistics in 2017,China's agricultural output value has reached6.271969 trillion yuan,an increase of 243.191 billion yuan compared with 2016,and the number of agricultural population has reached 570 million.On the one hand,the statistical data show the achievements of agricultural supply-side reform in China,on the other hand,we also reflect that we have a large number of rural areas and a large agricultural population.Vegetable industry is an important part of the rural economy.In recent years,with the increasing support of the country's rural economy,the vegetable industry has ushered in great development opportunities and broad.Rising space,and becoming an important industry to solve the problem of employment of the surplus rural population and increase the income of farmers.But under the background of the vigorous development of the vegetable industry in China,the vegetable enterprises,especially the private vegetable enterprises,lack the strategy of enterprise development or the long-term planning of the enterprises which can not effectively use the development strategy.Be able to be bigger and stronger.This paper takes Shouguang vegetable Industry Group as the research object,and studies the Shouguang vegetable Industry Group with the scientific management method of PEST and five-force model.Firstly,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the external environment of the company.Secondly,it analyzes the internal environment of the company in terms of its financial situation,human resources and operating conditions.The study found that the current market environment in which the company is in is more competitive,and that the low barriers to entry in the industry lead to a further intensification of market competition among potential entrants and to the disruption of the original market balance at any time.To trigger a new round of competition;moreover,from the perspective of the buyer's bargaining power,The increase of the buyer's bargaining power will also lead to the reduction of the enterprise's income;in the aspect of the supplier's bargaining power,the supplier will try to increase the price,which will have a greater impact on the enterprise's income.Based on the position of Shouguang vegetable Industry Group and the present development of Shouguang vegetable Industry Group,this paper formulates the development strategy which accords with the present situation of the company.Finally,this paper expounds the implementation of the development strategy of Shouguang vegetable Industry Group from two aspects: the implementation of theproduction and operation strategy and the implementation of the management strategy,and summarizes a set of measures to ensure the implementation of the strategy.Through the research of this paper,I hope to provide Shouguang vegetable Industry Group with a set of practical and effective development strategy,can make an effective positioning for the future development of the company,clear the future development direction of the company,and ensure the company to be effective.Sustainable and rapid development.
