With the continual development of agricultural and rural market economy and After China's entering into WTO, The vegetable industry in China welcomes a rare chance. For a long time past, many preferential policies were published one after another by government to support industrial agriculture. New environment is pregnant with new commercial opportunity. In recent years, more and more farm and sideline products enterprises grope their way forward and carry out various business shapes. Also they want to grasp the market demand and build up innovative mode. With the business shape getting more mature, internal and external environment changing, some large company begin to enter local market which has produced a strong effect on local vegetable industry. The changes of internal and external environment make the domestic vegetables enterprises facing the survival and development problem,as well as the good opportunities in the future development.So it is an important meaning to explore the development strategy in vegetable companies under the new situation and establish reasonable principles.With empirical research method, synthetically using the theory of strategy research theory, The thesis researches the development strategy of HSCT company in depth.Firstly, the theories of strategy management are introduced to elaborate it's effect on management practice in company. Secondly, the study analyzes the features and situation of Vegetable processing industry. Then, It analyzes the situation of management, and the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats with SWOT analysis. Lastly, According to strategic goals, it researches the strategy of combination tactics. Also it defines the location of differentiated strategy development and draws up the strategy plan on the basis of SWOT analysis. At the same time, the implementation of strategy is elaborated to ensure it is carried out effectively. The thesis combines theory with practice and uses strategy management to research the HSCT company in order to transform strategy into action and make the research more targeted, practicable and operational.
