Study On The Farmer's Produce Behavior Decision-making Based On The Quality And Safety Of Agricultural Products

Since the opening and reform policy was adopted,China's economy has achieved great outcome.however,the quality and safety of agricultural products is more and more serious.farmers as the main suppliers of agricultural products,its production behavior directly affects the quality and safety of agricultural products.therefore,the study of farmers' production behavior and decision-making mechanism,which is important to solve the problem of the quality and safety of agricultural products and supply-side structural reform smoothly.The study based on the TPB,Farmer Behavior Theory,Behavioral Economics Theory and relevant theory,on the basis of summarizing the predecessors' research,the assumption of farmers' production safety behavior decision model was constructed.then use karst area 265 farmer households survey data and information,study the formation mechanism of farmers' behavior and decision-making process.the results show that: behavioral attitude,subjective norm and perceived behavior control have positive influence on farmer's production safety,safe production intent for the security of the farmers have significant positive influence on safe production activities,verify that the TPB is universality in research on famers behavior.in addition,the intention of the safety of the farmers is influnce by agricultural production safety for the influence of income and health,the government's policy support,the recommendation of agricultural members,relatives and friends opinion,agricultural members effective training guidance,farmer's perception of regulations,scale of farmers,farmers delelopment behavior.based on the above research conclusion,this study put forward the following suggestions:one is to strengthen farmers knowledge propaganda andeducation on the quality and safety of agricultural products production,improve the professional cognition level of farmers;The second is to speed up the construction of agricultural infrastructure,increase the intensity of fiscal subsidies,reduce the production cost of farmers;three is to promote agricultural training guidance and career education;four is to improve rural production management way,advocating contract deal.five is to establish a complaint reporting system and create a public opinion monitoring environment,punish farmers who engage in unsafe production practices;six is to strengthen the publicity of relevant laws and regulations,raise the awareness of farmers' regulations.
