Study On Farming Household’s Production Behaviour Based The Quality And Safety Of Agro-products

Since the reform and opening up, China’s agricultural and rural economicdevelopment has made great achievements.Grain and other major agricultural productsbreakthrough from long-term shortage to richer than across. The problem of the qualityand safety of agricultural products has become increasingly prominent, and graduallybecomes the focus of attention. Farmers as the main provider of agricultural products,their production behavior is directly related to the quality and safety of agriculturalproducts.So researching the quality and safety production behavior of farmer’s, not onlycan make up for the inadequacy of domestic related theory in theory, can also help toimprove the quality of agricultural products from the reality.In this paper, using the theory of social psychology and economics,and drawinglessons from existing research results, to build the theoretical framework of peasanthousehold production safety behaviors. Then use the144survey date and information oforange growers from XingGuo, XinFeng and AnYuan, using the qualitative andquantitative, theoretical and empirical analysis method, to investigate the formationmechanism of farmers’ safety behavior and decision-making process. And on this basis,putting forward the policy suggestions to improve the quality and safety of agriculturalproducts.This research mainly involves four aspects. The first part is the literature of review.First of all, sorting out the research achievements of the quality and safety of agriculturalproducts; Second is a review of peasant household’s behavior theory, mainly includeing:the peasant household behavior theory and the farmers’ behaviors of producting safeagricultural products. The second part is theoretical analysis framework. Using theTheory of Planned Behaviour,the Asymmetric Information Theory, and the governmentregulation theory, expounding the theoretical framework of this study, and constructingthe theory model of peasant household production safety behavior, and putsing forwardsome assumptions. The third part of the empirical analysis. We make use of Spass todescribe144valid data, a preliminary study with correlation analysis relationshipbetween variables, followed by using structural equation model and linear regressionmodel to analyse the behavior of the farmers. The fourth part is conclusions andrecommendations. Based on farmer behavior theory and empirical research results withconclusions, make relevant policy recommendations to improve the quality and safety ofagricultural products.Research results: the peasant household production safety behavior mainly bybehavioral intention and the way to trade, government regulation, training and industrialorganizations.
