A Study Of Farmers’ Behaviors To The Safe Production Of Agricultural Products And The Influence Factors Analysis Under The Backgroud Of Agricultural Land Transfer

In recent years,our country often have the quality and safety problems of agricultural products, food safety is widely concerned. The production behavior of farmers unreasonable and unscientific, is the root cause of current source agricultural products safety problems. Agricultural inputs is the main pollution sources in the process of agricultural production, many studies have shown, pesticides and fertilizers are the major agricultural inputs affect the safe production of agricultural products. In this paper, the usage of pesticides and fertilizers will be used as the main indicators of measurement.Under the backgroud of agricultural land transfer, with the development of urbanization and industrialization,a large number of rural labor force to cities, rising material life level changed people’s food consumption structure, on the basis of this formed ’’The society mixed with farming and industrial style’’ and ’’The family farm moderate scale management’’. They have many differences in the agricultural scale, capital input, labor input, technology, production structure, etc, show the different influences on the safe production of agricultural products.On the study of farmers’ behaviors and the safe production of agricultural products, under the backgroud of agricultural land transfer, based on two kinds of agricultural production mode, this paper combined the qualitative and quantitative research, to know their differences in the agricultural scale, capital input, labor input, technology, production structure, etc. Analysised the use of pesticides and fertilizers, to explore the labor input, the main source of income, land circulation situation, the scale of land operation, two kinds of agricultural production mode’s influence on peasant household pesticide and fertilizer use. And then provided relevant Suggestions.The study found that,in the aspect of pesticide, more than forty percent of the farmers in the use of weeding pesticides which were assessecd by the world health organization for poisoning level and above,at the same time the level of using pesticide to resist insect and bacteria was nearly thirty percent,more than half the farmers used pesticides over the standard. In the aspect of fertilizer, more than sixty percent farmers used chemical fertilizer over the standard,but at the same time, nearly seventy percent of the farmers used organic fertilizer. In the factors which affected the level of pesticide and fertilizer use, the number of people engaged in agricultural labor, the number of people engaged in non-agricultural work, agricultural income, home whether rented land, how much land was rented,home whether leased land, how much land was leased, the cultivated land quantity and the agricultural production mode,each of them played a role.Based on two kinds of agricultural production mode, the farmers which belonged to ’’The society mixed with farming and industrial style’’ main income came from non-agricultural, there were many non-agricultural workers, the size of agriculture was small,farmers were multiple occupations, land mainly played protection function. The farmers which belonged to ’’The family farm moderate scale management’’main income came from agriculture, there were many agricultural workers, farmers were professional and cultivated more land, land mainly play production function.On the level of pesticide chemical fertilizer use, peasants which belonged to ’’The society mixed with farming and industrial style’’ showed higher unsafety in production,the main reason was policy support. Where there had a higher quality of policy support, farmers would pay more attention to agricultural production and the quality of the agricultural products, there were fewer factors can affect the use of pesticides and fertilizers.Through the contrast analysis, we get the enlightenment. Establish a system of laws and regulations, supervision and management to restrain; Through policy subsidies, agricultural technology, encourage the scale operation to safeguard; Through the contract orders, brand promotion to support,they can regulate and protect farmers’ behaviors to safe production, ensure the safety of agricultural products from the source and increase farmers’ agriculture income.
