With the further development of market competition and the acceleration of the process of manufacturing information,people have put forward higher requirements for product quality and quality traceability.For the discrete manufacturing industry,the structure of a product is complex and production process is uncertain.Under the new situation,the previous operation cannot satisfy the requirements of quality traceability for the data collection and quality diagnosis of products.When finding product quality problems,it is difficult for enterprise to seek out which process resulted in such problems since there is no effective quality traceability system.This paper analyzed the process of processing products of discrete manufacturing enterprises and proposed a product quality tracing model which is based on the key nodes and studied the key technologies for system implementation.Based on B/S model,quality management information system was designed which has helped several enterprises solved the problem of quality data collection,quality diagnosis and quality traceability of products.The main research contents are as follow:1)Analyzed the manufacturing process of discrete manufacturing industry and the affecting factors of products.Found the problems in quality management of discrete manufacturing industry and the difficulties of product quality traceability.On the basis of it,confirmed the quality traceability object and tracing method.By using Petri net method,established the product quality traceability model which is based on the key points.Finally,the tracing process was designed.2)To solve the non-real time and insufficient problem of quality data collection,the data collection system is designed based on RFID and which can collect and transfer the real-time data to CPU by using handset.3)In reality,a product quality problem has so many evoked factors which are difficult to diagnose.To solve the problem,the quality problem diagnosis system is designed based on case-based reasoning which can help enterprise to carry out product quality tracing.4)Based on the above research,the quality management information system was developed.And the basic data test is carried out to verify the feasibility of the theoretical research.
