Research On Quality Information Management System Of DC Company Based On Quality Tracing

Product quality is concerned with the development of the enterprises as well as people’s life and safety. Diesel engine is widely used in the field of railway, seaway and land route. It plays a significant role in our country’s traffic and transportation industry. Therefore, the product quality of the diesel engine draws much attention in the society. The manufacturers of diesel engine regard the product quality as their lifeblood. In order to solve the problems of quality data management, quality process control and quality tracing, DC company comes up with the idea of establishing the quality information management system. The ultimate goal is realizing the total quality management, making a better control of the production process and making the traceability of the product come true.This paper is based on the theory of quality management and quality tracing. By analyzing the production process and the quality management situation of DC company, this paper builds up a quality tracing model in order to direct the establishment of the company’s quality information management system.First of all, this paper researches the theory of quality tracing and explains the traceability of the product. With the introduction of the concept of batch management and bill of lots, this paper comes up with the method of quality tracing for the purpose of establishing the model.Secondly, this paper analyzes the basic situation of the company, including the quality management status and objective. By the analysis of the production process, clarify the specific process of batch formation. Then build up the relative quality tracing model. The model can help to record the intact quality information along with different production phases and improve the efficiency and accuracy.At last, based on the requirement of the enterprise and the design principle, guided by the quality tracing model, this paper establishes the quality information management system. Explain the whole work flow of the system. Considering the integration of the existing system of the company, build up the functional model of the system and design the operational module of different process. And then introduce the implementation steps and scale of the system and declare the application results. The successful implement of the system helps DC company realize the comprehensive digital management of the quality information. The production process is being better controlled and the traceability of the product comes true. The quality management level of the company is lifted.The results of this paper can be used as a proof for other large-scale engine manufacturers and discrete manufacturers in both the theoretical and practical way.
