The rapid development of EDI to promote the rapid growth of China's express delivery market.Although sizable,but the courier business income and parts are very low income,most of the courier company is still in the "price change" model.Due to increasing competi tion,reduce costs,improve efficiency,reduce staff into the most important issue for many c ourier companies.This article will takes company as the research object,using the theory re lationship of industrial engineering related,technical analysts,processes,workload between to build can assist management in analyzing,forecasting,optimization personnel operator c onfiguration model.In this article,S company is a leader in the domestic courier companies,but in recent y ears with the development of the logistics industry,their advantages are disappearing.And because the staff member the amount is growing faster than the growth rate,resulting in gre atly reducing the effectiveness of the company in 2014.Thus increasing employee producti vity,reducing the company's transit costs and improves the competitiveness of the company S company in 2015 to become the most important work.To solve this problem,paper S co mpany Beijing transit field as the research object,basic technology research time measurem ent and research methods of industrial engineering analysis of existing processes,operating characteristics and personnel arrangements for a card,find the problem of its arrangements for staff,and According to the volume of calculating an appropriate staffing model,and the actual calculation using EXCEL.Results for managers reasonable staffing to provide a scie ntific basis,thereby improving the effectiveness of the operation of members per capita,red ucing the company's costs.Through this study,initially established to provide a scientific basis for management p ersonnel staffing model,rather than rely solely on experience placements.The company ca n adjust according to the actual situation,so that the model and field operating procedures,t he volume of highly consistent,thereby reducing costs and improve their competitiveness.But also for other transit field provides a reference for ideas and personnel arrangements an d optimization.
