| According to the analysis of the development and present situation of human resource outsourcing both domestically and abroad,this dissertation uses empirical study,interdisciplinary study and case study to analyze the operating data of human resource “Staffing” product of CTG from 2012 to 2014 with human capital theory,transaction cost theory and core value theory,combined with the current situation and market prospect of human resource “Staffing” product of CTG.It puts forward the specific solution of the optimization of the human resource “Staffing” product from the aspects of product form,customer experience,the creation of core value with cloud information technology and terminal information technology,and sums up the solution of human resource “Staffing” product that adapts to the current economic development of China.Research on the optimization of human resource outsourcing “Staffing” product of CTG aims to solve the problems under the environment filled with enterprise competition which include how to reflect the core value of products,how to build the core competitiveness of enterprises and how to solve the problems about the homogeneity,fungibility and improving of customer experience to create value for the terminal customer currently.This dissertation summarizes the status of human resource “Staffing” product’s development and the product forms,and uses the global professional market capacity survey data of human resource “Staffing” product and separate market share data of international leading companies.Finally,it analyzes the scope and operating bottleneck of human resource “Staffing” product currently and demonstrates the scheme of product optimization.The value of study on the optimization of human resources “Staffing” product of CTG is not only to improve and optimize the core competitiveness of enterprises from the perspective of enterprise,but also to propose revolutionary innovation of human resource products from the perspective of strategy.After all,it can make the traditional human resource products more measurable and more sharable,connect the services with the core value of enterprise,and provide significant power to create better enterprise practices. |
