Express transportation service requires a limited time and the conditions of lower operating cost at the same time to express delivery of goods to destination. Express transportation network is an important part of the entire express transportation system, it is also the basis of the express transportation business which can be proceed. We can say.today,the core of express business competition in the market is express transportation network, which determines the entire companies whether can really achieve high-speed, effective and operate at low cost at the same time, obtain a competitive advantage in the market.In view of the advantages of high-speed railway in China and the progress of network, high-speed rail will undoubtedly become one of the chosen mode of transportation in the future, so high-speed rail transport network added to air transport network and road transport network composed the entire express transportation network. As express transportation network system contains the network, multi-layer, multi-level, multi-dimensional, multi-criteria, local optimum and global optimum characteristics of conflict, which are in line with super-network structural characteristics, this paper poses express delivery model in super-network theoretical. Organization and management research network nodes and lines does having the time and expense spent express transportation business management dimension sub-dimensions based on the costs and business management sub-dimensions based on the efficiency of the method. On the basis of these research the express transportation enterprise network in a single time and a single cost constraint. Expanding the study of multiple time and multiple cost constraints express transportation enterprise network. For solving balancing cost and time of this contradiction satisfactory solution put forward three ideas. Around these three ideas, analysis of the Group structure and the central node of the physical dimensions of express delivery networks is evaluation. Finally, numerical simulated network nodes in constraints expresses transportation time and finish Delivery task in time.
