With the development of economy and medical demand,Compensation expenses of insurance of primary medical treatment can not achieve the purpose to reduce the financial burden of patients medical expense any long,It is urgent to form a new and higher level of insurance to solve the problem.On the basis of the compensation of insurance of primary medical treatment,the serious illness insurance furtherly compensate the cost of a serious illness to reduce burden of medical expenses.The project undertake by the commercial insurance company to implement marketing operation.According to the relevant national policy requirements,commercial insurance company can only be "guaranteed small profit".The project of Ping An company can achieve "guaranteed small profit" on the whole,but in some areas the loss is bigger.This article is based on risk analysis and control problems of the serious illness insurance project in Ping An company as the research object,On the basis of detailed analysis of the literature at home and abroad in the near future,using literature research,theoretical analysis and empirical research method and statistics,management,economics and other multi-disciplinary theory knowledge this article finds out the main risk factors in view of the commercial insurance company in a serious illness insurance project risk management problems.Using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to the project risk analysis and evaluation.Finally it puts forward risk control measures and suggestions.The full text is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is introduction to present the main research background and significance and further define in this paper by studying the main problems on system analysis and theoretical research at home and abroad are reviewed;The second chapter reviews related theory which is applying to thetheory of knowledge;The third part is operation risk analysis and identification of the serious illness insurance project in Ping An company,The main work is to identify the specific risk of this project by detailing analysis of the project operation and in combination with a serious illness insurance project major risk factors to conclude that project risk factor system.The fourth is the serious illness insurance project risk evaluation of Ping An company to establish risk index evaluation system and classify indicators of risk by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Chapter v raises the control countermeasures and suggestions of the serious illness insurance project risk,in order to realize the control project risk and reduce bad illness compensation costs and achieve the goal of project "guaranteed small profit".The research results of this article have strong practical significance and theoretical value to control project risk of the serious illness insurance.It provides an important method and theoretical basis to improve commercial insurance companies insurance project risk and to enhance the level of project risk management to achieve a serious illness insurance project health sustainable development.
