Research On Supply Chain Quality Management Of Enterprise

Joseph Moses Juran said “The 20 th century was the century of productivity in the 21 st century is the century of quality,quality is the peaceful occupation of the market the most effective weapons”;there are no enterprises but supply chains,the real competition between enterprises is on supply chain.The focus of supply chain quality management(SCQM)has changed,which transfer from the technology problems of traditional quality management concept to the management issues of whole process.This is the expansion and extension of traditional quality management concepts,ideas and methods in supply chain environment.Supply chain quality management(SCQM)is needed in delivering value to customers in all process of supply chain management based on total quality management(TQM).In the paper,I identify the latest themes through reviewing prior quality management and supply chain management(SCM)literature.In particular,find manufacturing firms transform from providing products towards providing services,which means they need to go through fundamental changes especially in supply chains.We use a case study of Heilan Home that is a core enterprise of supply chain is presented to illustrate the SCQM themes and their ways in industrial practice.Based on our research,the case study,the experience of working with this firm,we propose a SCQM performance evaluation framework,as well as four strategies for other industries to improve customer satisfaction and added value.In this way can promote the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry in the perspective of quality.In this study,based on Performance Excellence Model(PEM)as the theoretical framework to investigate in-depth the enterprises,in order to explore the current situation of SCQM.Oriented with all peer satisfaction of internal and external organization.For the perspective of leadership,strategy planning,process integration and management,node enterprise cooperation and so on,research the new methods and countermeasure of improve the level of SCQM,which lays the foundation for the further research on performance evaluation of supply chain quality and supply chain quality assurance.Through relevant survey data from questionnaires and information of field investigation,this paper analyzed data by using AMOS and SPSS,had the following conclusions:(1)It found the cut-in point to integrate the idea of SCQM with PEM,and explored the possibility of this model in the leadership,strategy,resources,process management and results of SCQM.(2)Through the data analysis,it is proved that leadership,strategic planning,process integration and management,node enterprise strategic cooperation has positive effect on performance and so on.(3)This paper applied the theory and method of SCQM based on PEM into the current situation of Heilan,while,put forward the direction and countermeasure suggestions of SCQM.
