Nowadays the business competition between enterprise is gradually changing to the competition between the supply chains of enterprise. The traditional quality management did not suit for this mode of supply chain, quality management need to expansion from internal to the level of the supply chain. So research on supply chain quality management has great significance currently. Make the quality of supply chain more competitive, all the business activities and processes of the enterprise interior and between the joint enterprises of the supply chain of enterprise exterior should be integrated as one functional process, and the effective quality control of this integrated process should been implemented.In this thesis, food enterprises in the food security at the same time, also must maintain its competitive power. Use the supply chain quality management, through the selection and evaluation of suppliers, improve their management level of food safety, and the downstream enterprises supervision, in the competitive environment to form a "force", which helps the enterprise to maintain a good competitive advantage. Therefore, it is imperative to build a chain of quality management system of competitive advantages in the food supply.MC Food Co. Ltd., is founded in 1994, is a cooperative enterprise of Taiwan MIKO Food Co. Ltd, has a team of more than 200 of unity and cooperation, first-class technology, good quality staff team. At present, MC Food Co. Ltd., Fuzhou city has become the most advanced equipment, powerful production capacity, brand good cake baking enterprise in Fuzhou.In this paper, through the analysis of the current situation of supply chain quality management MC Food Co. Ltd., finds out the problems in quality management, such as: neglecting based on quality management, supply chain upstream and downstream enterprises have a strategic relationship, information system is not advanced enough and so on. Aiming at these problems, this thesis constructs the quality management frame of MC Food Co., Ltd., in order to establish the quality concept, system control, seamless connection and risk prevention as the main control points. In three aspects, the quality management of the upstream MC Food Co., Ltd.,, the quality management for the whole process of enterprise’s own product life cycle, and the quality control of the downstream enterprise, then use of quality management, food safety production management, quality control and system information construction for downstream enterprise, to carry out the whole process and the quality control of the food supply chain.Through the implementation of quality management in the supply chain, MC Food Co. Ltd., reduce cost, improve product and service quality, the supply chain can enhance the overall competitiveness of enterprises, the nodes were profitable. Therefore, food enterprises to build be imperative chain quality management system with the competitive advantage of the supply of food.
