In recent years,China has attached great importance to food safety,During the 13 th Five-Year Plan period in 2017,The latest food safety programme was proposed,which has positive significance for improving the quality and safety awareness of the whole food industry in the country.In the country’s strong supervision and big data era background,and more and more food consumers start caring about their right to know with the development of information sharing platform.In the purchase of food,consumers not only concerned about the price of food,but also concerned about the safety of food,health,as well as the origin of food sources.Thus it can be seen,Food production enterprises and processing enterprises on the food supply network and their suppliers can provide accurate product information have a very important impact on consumer’s confidence.However,the lack of information sharing between competing enterprises,leading to the problem of information asymmetry,Information asymmetry is also an important cause of food safety incidents.Food traceability system has the function of recording and disclosing the information of production and storage,and It is an effective tool to solve and mitigate food safety incidents by tracking the direction of food circulation and tracing the origin of food.But compared with the mature and perfect food traceability system in developed countries,The popularity of food traceability system in our country is low,and its construction and implementation are still in its infancy.Construction of traceability system based on the traditional food supply chain have many problems and shortcomings,which makes food traceability system difficult to implement in China.Food Supply and Demand Network as a complex economic system that contains network information,Its cooperation process is essentially the process of coordination between the various elements of the FSDN system,enterprises are the subjects of responsibility and beneficiary when constructing food traceability system.In view of this,this paper is based on the idea of system dynamics,the main research method is to build the evolutionary game model.According to the development law of FSDN in China,the cooperation mechanism of food traceability system is explored.First of all,From the perspectives of the concept and content of food traceability system,the concept of FSDN and evolutionary game theory,the existing research results are summarized.On the basis of analysis and review,the theory and practice of further research on food traceability system are discussed.Secondly,Take FSDN as the object,The problem of cooperatively implementing traceability system across chains in different food markets in FSDN is investigated.Through establishing the decision model of FSDN enterprise cooperation and implementing traceability system,the paper analyzes quantitatively the food traceability level and cost sharing strategy of FSDN system node enterprise,Then,by comparing the size of the overall profit of the FSDN system under collaborative decision-making and independent decision-making,the conclusion is drawn: FSDN node enterprises are optimal in cooperative decision-making and independent decision under the condition of food traceability system in the implementation of food level makes the node enterprise traceability system where the maximum profit,the implementation of cooperation and through joint decision-making mode of food system revenue overall revenue system obtained the traceability system than the independent decision-making implementation of the high.Thus,in the food supply and demand network system,it is necessary for node enterprises to improve the traceability capability of food and to implement the food traceability system.Then,on the basis of evolutionary game,a system model including the supply side,the supply group,the enterprise and the demand side groups is constructed.The cooperation mechanism between the limited supply and demand network nodes and the establishment and implementation of food traceability system was studied,and the key factors affecting the implementation of food traceability system in food supply and demand network were obtained.The correctness of the analysis of the influencing factors is verified by numerical simulation.By calculating the optimal proportion of excess income distribution and enhancing the probability of co operation,it will be helpful to promote the construction and implementation of the traceability system of food supply and demand network.Finally,on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the current situation and difficulties of the establishment and implementation of the food traceability system in China,and combined with the conclusions drawn from the model,the countermeasures and suggestions for the establishment and implementation of the food traceability system in the supply and demand network are put forward.
