Coal has an important strategic position in the economic and social development as ournation’s main energy. So China has carried out the coal resource integration, which is the mostimportant, largest and most complex resource management practices in our nation’s resourcemanagement field. However, there have been some benefit gambling problems of coal resourceintegration needed to resolve. In the view of game theory, from the perspective of subject(provincial government),subject&object, subject of integration and object, the papersystematically analyse the problem of game problems of coal resources integration.Based on analysis of game relationship of subject (provincial government)and subject&object, establish evolutionary game model of subject (provincial government)and subject&object. Then, by means of evolutionary stability analysis of subject (provincial government)andsubject&object, five different situations’ dynamic evolution system of subject (provincialgovernment)and subject&object are worked out. Consequently, the condition of “nocompromise—earnestly implement” pattern, which system evolutionary converge to, is obtained.Policy proposals are proposed in accordance with it. Finally, in order to more intuitively analysethe subject (provincial government) and subject&object’s dynamic evolution process, the paperconducts numerical simulation.For complexity and reality of coal resources integration’s subject-object merger gameproblem, based on improved genetic algorithm and analysis of game relationship of subject ofintegration and object, the paper establishs coal resources integration’s subject-object mergerevolutionary model. By means of evolutionary simulation of subject-object merger evolutionarysystem, we reseach subject-object dynamic merger behavior under conditions of incompleteinformation and bounded rationality, and study discount rate how influence long-term mergerresults (income distribution and time of merger game) of subject-object. What’s more, wecomparatively analyse evolutionary simulation results and SPE solution under conditions ofcomplete information and perfectly rational. Through the comprehensively comparative analysis,the paper concludes that the improved genetic algorithm can generate approximate solution ofSPE solution, and good strategy of subject-object merger game of coal resources integration.Finally, this paper puts forward policy suggestions of reducing loss of the state-owned assets and resources in mining right transfer and resources and assets valuation.Models, conclusions and proposals in the paper are equally applicable to game problems ofother resources integration. So the study of coal resources integration’s subject-object game issignificant in theory and practice.
