It is emphasized on that to further implement the agricultural science and technology innovation strategy and accelerate the pace of transformation to modern agriculture in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.At present,China's agriculture is dominated by traditional agriculture,and development is faced with difficulties such as high dependence on natural conditions,regional conditions,time conditions,low efficiency,and hidden safety problems.Agricultural IoT technology,as an important scientific and technological innovation driving force for transforming agricultural development methods,can alleviate this contradiction.Being its infancy,the rate is low about promotion and utilization of agricultural IoT technology.There is a certain game process on cooperation between technology supply and demand.It is worthy to study deeply about the cooperation conditions,effective and influence factors of the the supply and demand sides of agricultural IoT technology.This article first analyzed the strategic choices of the supply and demand sides of agricultural IoT technology.Then using evolutionary game theory.The paper constructed a dynamic game model and pointed out the path of long-term stability between the two sides of supply and demand.Based on that,the research obtained the evolutionary stabilization strategy,thereby proposed the optimal strategy,then revealed the influence factors on strategic stability behavior of both parties.Using MATLAB tool simulation to further verify the relevant conclusions.Finally,this paper provides some suggestions for the development of agricultural Io T technology application.The results of the study indicate that government rewards and penalties,extra income,and initial input costs are all affect factors of the game's strategic choices.There are four game outcomes:(cooperation,cooperation),(non-cooperation,cooperation),(cooperation,no-cooperation),(no-cooperation,no-cooperation).The(cooperation,coopera tion)strategy and the(non-cooperation,non-cooperation)strategy are evolutionary stability.It is depends on the parameter values and initial states to choice on which specific direction of strategy portfolio.To promote the cooperation,the role of each side is limited in the game,ie.,the both side must work hard together.Only when multiple factors change at the same time,such as initial input costs,incentives,penalties,and returns of both supply and demand sides,the proportion will increase significantly of game outcomes to(cooperation,cooperation).It provided that only when the supply and demand sides seek to maximize their personal interests to create the pattern of mutual benefit,can we promote the healthy development trend of the agricultural Internet of things industry.
