Game Analysis Of The Food Supply Chain To Establish Traceability System

In recent years, global food safety incidents frequently occur. The domestic foodmarket has also been faced with great challenges. One hand is that many participantsinvolved in the modern food supply chain have information superiority, and on the otherhand, there are information asymmetric between these firms. The food traceability systemhas been proved to be an effective way to improve food safety in the practice of manydeveloped countries and regions. But in China, the establishment of the food traceabilitysystem is not perfect.In this paper, according to the perspective of the whole food supply chain, the methodsof combination of qualitative and quantitative research is used to explore the key influencefactors of food traceability system established in the supply chain, and we puts forwardrelated countermeasures and suggestions at last.First of all, we induce and summarize the existing research results respectively from theperspective of the concept and content of food traceability system, its functions and therelated main body behavior by multiple aspects involved in the form of literature review,and review on the basis of the analysis.Secondly, based on the system model established by a food production three-levelsupply chain composed of a several homogenous food raw material suppliers, processorsand consumers, we demonstrate the impact of the traceability ability on the node enterprisesin food supply chain and the food quality and safety levels throughout the supply chain, andmake the quantitative analysis of the necessity that food traceability system is built up in thesupply chain.Thirdly, on the basis of evolutionary game theory, we build the secondary supply chainsystem model composed of the raw material supply enterprises in the upstream of foodsupply chain and the production enterprises in the downstream, and study the cooperationmechanism between the bounded rationality enterprises in upstream and downstream ofsupply chain in the process of coordination establishment and implementation of foodtraceability system, and obtain the key influence factors of the food traceability systemestablished in the supply chain. Finally, on the basis of the comprehensive analysis of the establishment and thedifficulty of implementation of food traceability system in our country, and draw theconclusion according to the model, and propose the measures of establishment andimplementation of food traceability in the supply chain.
