Research On The Relationship Between Competency, Self-efficacy And Corporate Performance Of Small And Micro Enterprise Entrepreneurs

This is an encouraging public entrepreneurship,innovation era,however,the average life of Chinese Small and micro businesses is very short;improve enterprise performance is the key factor to improve the survival rate of Small and micro businesses.The enterprise performance management refers to a certain period of business operation efficiency and operating performance.In effect the performance of many Small and micro businesses the factors that should not be overlooked the competency of entrepreneurs and self-efficacy.Based on the literature analysis,this study will Small and micro businesses entrepreneurial competency is defined as to distinguish in the entrepreneurial process,outstanding achievements and ordinary individuals deep character;will Small and micro businesses entrepreneurial self-efficacy is defined as entrepreneurs can complete an activity which has the ability of judgment and belief on their own.Select a good reliability and validity of Gupta(1984),Chandler(1994)of the subjective performance scale,Chen(1998)developed the dimensions of entrepreneurial self-efficacy scale and Chandler(1992): Entrepreneurial self-competence and enterprise performance evaluation The revised self-assessment competence scale of the entrepreneur is used as a tool to examine the relationship between the three variables in this study.A total of 239 Small and micro businesses as the object of study by Chongqing micro enterprises association?Analyzed by one-way ANOVA,independent samples T test,correlation analysis,partial correlation analysis and regression analysis results:First,Small and micro businesses entrepreneurial competency,self-efficacy has a significant correlation between corporate performance(correlation coefficient of performance of enterprises and entrepreneurs competency overall correlation coefficient is r=0.71,P<0.001;the performance of enterprises and entrepreneurs in general self-efficacy is R=0.67,P<0.001;entrepreneurial competence and self-efficacy stress correlation coefficient for r=0.625,P<0.001).Second,Small and micro businesses entrepreneurial self-efficacy in its competence and enterprise performance with intermediary with(B=0.415,P < 0.001).This study found that when Small and micro businesses entrepreneurial self-efficacy as a whole to analyze it in Small and micro businesses,entrepreneurs do have some the mediating role of force and firm performance.When from five dimensions of self-efficacy were analyzed,three dimensions were also in the Small and micro businesses entrepreneurial competency has partial mediating effect and firm performance.
