| With the further development of China’s reform and opening up,the awarenessof entrepreneurship is more and more excited.From the late1970s to the beginning ofthis century, China has been vasted many waves of entrepreneurial. Micro and smallenterprises as a new active economic growth pole, gradually become a new carrier forthe creation of wealth. Micro and small enterprises undoubtedly play an increasinglyimportant role in the context of present. and the main front to promote independentinnovation in China. However, statistics show that small Micro and small enterpriseentrepreneurial failure rate has been high in accordance with domestic andinternational.According to data provided by national statistical offices,10%of thebusiness survivaled less than one year,34%of companies operating only last1to5years,23%of businesses operating from5to10years, only33%of the business lastfor more than10years. The failed venture cause a huge waste of material resourcesand human resources. China’s economy calls for more effective entrepreneurialactivities.In this paper, through the study on the research and depth interview of10entrepreneurs,we find the main relationship between the characteristics ofentrepreneurs and entrepreneurial performance, and then build the influence factorsmodel, nine hypotheses are put forward, and then organization staff sent500questionnaire survey, the effective questionnaire was267copies, Finally, using thefactor analysis, relevant analysis and regression analysis.Conclusion:Internal control points,achievement motivatin,the spirit of innovationOpportunity recognition ability,the ability to adapt to the environment,the ability tointegrate information,persuasion and interpersonal skills are support to entrepreneurialperformance.The skills of risk tolerance is unrelated to zhe entrepreneurial.Finallybased on the study we put forward to the prospect of research in the field ofentrepreneurship. |
