The Historical Investigation Of The Price Reform In China Since The Reform And Opening-up

The Third Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee clearly pointed out that the market should play a decisive role in the allocation of resources.As we all know,the price mechanism is the core of the market mechanism.Therefore,the establishment of a sound price formation mechanism is to play an important guarantee for market allocation of resources.However,the formation of a sound price mechanism is not easy and smooth sailing.After the reform and opening up,with the economic and social practice,economic system reform and awareness of the continuous advancement,the traditional plan price system is gradually broken,the market regulation of the role of price gradually increased.Moreover,we constantly summed up experience in the reform,which made the price reform change from improving the planned price mechanism to establishing and improving the market price mechanism.Therefore,the review of history is beneficial to providing historical experience for deepening the current economic system reform.Since the reform and opening up,with the economic system changing from the planned economy to the socialist market economic system,the price system as an important part of the economic system has also experienced a transition from planned price system to the market price system.This paper,in the background of economic system reform,at the same time,combining with the content,characteristics and process of price reform,tries to summarize the internal logic and experience of price reform,so as to provide historical reference for deepening the economic system reform.This paper consists of six parts:The first part is the introduction.The main contents include research significance,literature review,research content and innovation and shortcomings,etc.The second part is the exploration period of the double-track system of the prices(1978-1984).At first,the article systematically discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the planned price system as the background of price reform.Then,through the review of the content of price reform,i further analyze the characteristics and influence of price reform,and then comes to the conclusion that the idea of price reform at this stage is mainly through adjusting the price,releasing price as a supplement,at the same time,introducing the market mechanism to explore the price "two-track system".The second part is the realization period of the double-track system of the prices(1985-1988).First of all,the paper discusses the transformation of the thought of price reform,and the idea of price reform is mainly through releasing price,adjusting theprice as a supplement.At the same time,expanding the range of the double-track system of the prices.However,because price released too fast,leading to excessive price increases,inflation and other problems.But,price reform has also made many achievements in this period.The fourth part is the stagnation period of the double-track system of the prices(1989-1991).The main content of price reform is to control inflation,stabilize prices.Although the way in price reform was backwards,the sense of macro control of price reform was gradually increasing,and the government began to use economic means to adjust prices.The fifth part is the merger period of the double-track system of the prices(after1992).The main content of price reform between 1992 and 1996 is to get rid of the planned price mechanism,liberalize the price,to achieve “dual track system” unification.After 1997,the price reform is mainly to establish and improve the market price mechanism,realize the generalized price reform,improve the macro-control system.The sixth part is the main conclusion of this paper.First,the price formation mechanism is market-oriented;Second,price reform and economic system reform promote each other.
