State-owned enterprises are the important foundation of China's economic and social development,national prosperity,democracy and the people's happy life.In recent years,as an important part of national deepening reform and innovation,the reform of state-owned enterprises has been widely highly valued by all the people.As an important part of enterprise management,performance management has become one of the important factors that affects the reform of state-owned enterprises,and it relates to all respects of enterprise development strategy,enterprise culture and management process.This article is focusing on discussing the construction of performance appraisal system of state-owned power generation enterprises,the improvement of core competitiveness of enterprises by analyzing the current situation of performance management under modern human resources management in those enterprises and combing with real cases existing in Anhui branch office of Q group.This article is mainly divided into six parts.In the first part,it is explained that the background and significance for the article topic and the acquired relevant studies both at home and abroad,accumulated theoretical knowledge and explained the background for the later page.In the second part,the author expounds the concepts of performance appraisal system and the relevant theories to build a foundation for explaining how to optimize the enterprise's performance appraisal system on the later page.In the third part,the author analyze the current situation of performance appraisal system in Anhui branch office of Q group to find out the deficiencies existed in current performance appraisal system,including the lack of performance appraisal system of leaders,the lack of results application of performance appraisal system and the lack of timeliness of performance appraisal system.The fourth part analyses the roots of existing deficiencies of performance appraisal system in Anhui branch office of Q group,and seeks the basis of optimization according to the current situation and the existed deficiencies of performance appraisal system in Anhui branch office of Q group and tries to build a perfect performance appraisal system.The fifth part explains the implementations and important supports of performance appraisal system.In the sixth part,the final conclusion is figured out.
