As the competition among enterprises becoming more and more severe in modern society,the human resource management affects the strategic development of enterprises.How to maximize human resource advantage is an important challenge for many enterprises.As the key link in human resources,the performance assessment is more and more important and the design and implementation of its system is vital to improve the performance management level and enterprise development.JLHG company is a chemical enterprise.Recent years,due to the changes of market situation and the greater competition pressure,the development of the company has been hampered by some obstacles.Starting from the internal performance appraisal management,the article will analyze the present situation of the performance appraisal system and its existing problems,so that we can put forward some rational suggestions.This will be the focus of this paper.It is proved that the company can improve its management ability and development level only by setting up scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system in line with the company's strategic objectives.Specific research results are:Firstly,the paper will explain the theoretical research of performance appraisal,including the basic contents and methods,which will provide the theoretical basis for the improvement of the performance appraisal system of JLHG company.Secondly,the paper will introduce the existing status and process about performance appraisal system of JLHG company.Through the form of questionnaire,we will analyze the problem in the aspects of index design,incentive mechanism,communication and feedback mechanism and the appraisal's main body.Then we found that the assessment of system operation is not perfect,including that the index has nothing to do with the company's strategic targets,the effective incentives for employees is not perfect and the assessment of subjectivity is too strong.All the above will cause adverse effects on the company's development.Finally,the paper will put forward some suggestions and safeguards for JLHG's performance appraisal system.In the course of assessment scheme design,we analyze the key index design of company's all grades from the four dimensions of balanced scorecard and weights are given to conforms to the enterprise strategy development.then we make full use of the appraisal theory research methods and put forward new ideas when designing the form.In addition,we put forward the safeguard measures and precautions in the various processes of performance appraisal,forming the effective closed-loop,which can help facilitate its smooth implementation.This study hopes to optimize the JLHG company performance appraisal system through using some performance appraisal research experience,and help to provide some certain reference value,and improve my level in theory and practice.
