The Empirical Study On The Accurate Poverty Alleviation Performance Of Chongqing

There are a total of fourteen state-level poverty-stricken counties and four municipal poverty-stricken counties in Chongqing.Poverty-stricken countiesare mainly concentrated in the northeast of Chongqing and southeast of Chongqing where are contiguous areas and ethnic areas called "poor deep water area".The causes of poverty in these places are complex and the poverty is deep,which is the thinnest,worst and most difficult "hard bones" in poverty reduction.As of 2015,there are a total of 1919 poverty-stricken villages and 1.659 million poor people in Chongqing.How to ensure stable poverty alleviation by 2020?So,Chongqing carries out accurate poverty alleviation in the period of 13 th Five-Year and clearly puts forward the "six-year goal of 3 years to complete 1 year to finish 2 years to consolidate" poverty alleviation work objectives.How to accurate results for poverty alleviation? How to evaluate the accurate poverty alleviation performance scientifically and objectively? In particular,what is the assessment content and assessment method? Based on related literature,this paper constructs the comprehensive evaluation model of accurate poverty alleviation performance.And then,this paper evaluates poverty status of Chongqing empirically by using principal component analysis(pca).Finally,this paper does an empirical research for accurate poverty alleviation performance of Chongqing in 2015 by using analytic hierarchy process(ahp).Research shows that:(1)Chongqing poverty needs to be improved and it lags behind developed provinces and cities across the country especially in infrastructure and public service level.(2)The accurate poverty alleviation performance of Chongqing in 2015 ranks the third in the west,ranks the 10 th in the country and is located in the upper level of the country.Poverty alleviation performance is significant.On this basis,this paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions.
