With the trend of global integration,group enterprises in expanding its sphere of influence not only include product output,more and more focus on the innovation of the management way."Global village" to optimize the resource configuration and reasonable distribution of flow,multinational companies also arises at the historic moment,and then gradually spread throughout the world,all sorts of mergers and acquisitions and mergers case emerge in endlessly,the emergence of the computer based information technology revolution for the enterprise survival environment provides new opportunities and challenges.Shared services arises at the historic moment under this condition,which is represented by the generation of financial Shared services center(FSSC).Financial Shared services appeared,it got the attention of large enterprise groups.Abroad,FSSC after thirty years of development,the domestic enterprise finally decided to introduce and implement.Therefore,this paper,based on the successful cases of domestic GOME group,aims to provide certain practice and data support for the subsequent enterprise.As a rapid developing a Shared service center in the professional services division,this article selects the financial Shared services center as object of discussion on the development and domestic status quo and discusses the organization form and operating characteristics,and targeted linked with the characteristics of knowledge management system,analysis the financial Shared services center for a mature and perfect knowledge management system requirements.The authors found that financial Shared services center for such a professional and strong,large volumes of organizations,good knowledge management system can greatly improve the work efficiency,thus saving the operating costs,help realize the purpose of the establish financial Shared services center.This paper has five parts,the first chapter is introduction,introduces the research background and research significance of this paper,reviews the previous literature,and expounds the basic idea and framework of the thesis;The development history of the second chapter is the financial Shared services center,the position and role of the enterprise group,the construction of common mode,and related theoretical basis;The third chapter is to GOME group financial Shared services center construction project case analysis;The fourth chapter of GOME electrical appliances group financial Shared services center results are summarized,and the reasons are analyzed;so have.The fifth chapter is a case study,in view of the above bring us enlightenment and looking to make a statement.In this article,the author found that,through literature search and sorting at present most of the research on FSSC is pattern choice,the process of building and operating management,etc.,and not for FSSC development process and each stage has done a summary and generalization.Therefore,this article through the consult,finishing documents,summarizes the development course of FSSC in stages.Research on FSSC is much,but I have yet to see some scholars will be the development of the pattern made a comb.This paper did innovation on this point,for FSSC development has made the summary and the summary,analyzed the different characteristics of different stages.Secondly,the standard research combined with case analysis.In this paper,on the basis of normative research with GOME group's financial sharing center building case analysis,solve the normative research is too abstract and case analysis and the lack of theory support.This article first to regulate research method from the theoretical analysis and solve problems,and combining the theory of case will be further embodiment.
