In the period of transformation and upgrading for the Chinese enterprises,capital,technology and material resources are the important part of enterprises about the survival,and the unlimited human resources by Chinese enterprises have not been fully developed.The managers of enterprises have realized deeply that "human" has gradually become the core factor for enterprises to gain competitive advantage.Therefore,it has become an urgent problem to be solved in the academic and practical circles how to effectively manage the psychological capital of employees,and expand the impact of psychological capital on the core competitiveness of enterprises.So,based on perceived organizational support and feedback-seeking behavior,the perspective of enterprise staff as the research object,focusing on the main line of “the relationship between psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior of employees” to study the integration of cross-border,establish positive energy for the enterprise human resources management mode to seek theoretical support.Summed up the definition and characteristics of psychological capital through the analysis of existing research discussion,and refer to the relevant literature developed with high reliability and validity of employees' psychological capital questionnaire.Based on this,according to the previous research and put forward the corresponding assumptions,and using the self-made psychological capital questionnaire and the questionnaire of perceived organizational support and feedback seeking behavior questionnaire and organizational citizenship behavior questionnaire,explore the relationship between them,meanwhile,also from the perspective of implicit psychological capital of employees' perceived organizational support and feedback-seeking behavior and organizational citizenship behavior research.The study of the main conclusions:(1)Through the four dimensions of self-confidence ? optimism ? hope and resilience about psychological capital questionnaire of employees which was determined by exploratory analysis and confirmatory analysis,it is reliability and validity;(2)There are positive correlation between psychological capital in general,its sub dimensions and organizational support and feedback-seeking behavior and organizational citizenship behavior;(3)It can be to predict organizational citizenship behavior to a certain extent the overall psychological capital,optimism,confidence,hope,resilience,perceived organizational support and feedback seeking behavior;(4)It is the part of the intermediary role about perceived organizational support in employees' psychological capital and feedback seeking behavior;(5)It plays a partial mediating role feedback seeking behavior between psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior;(6)There is a positive correlation between organizational citizenship behavior conclude implicit psychological capital and organizational support,and feedback-seeking behavior;(7)The implicit psychological capital can predict the perceived organizational support,feedback-seeking behavior and organizational citizenship behavior under the positive / negative situation.Based on this,the research shows that the four are closely linked between psychological capital?perceived organizational support?feedback-seeking behavior and organizational citizenship behavior,and the studies also enrich and expand the theoretical and empirical research on psychological capital,and employees of the enterprise itself has a cultural particularity and group differences,therefore,the management mode of enterprise should to advocate positive guidance of development and the effective management of employee psychological capital,and then tap the positive power of the individual,so must to enhance the competitive advantage of enterprises.
