| The study on Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) belongs to the field of organizational behavior. It is one of the hot issues in terms of managerial theories and empirical researches. How to improve the employees'perception of organizational support to make employees show more OCB has been paid more and more attention by managers and researchers. So far, there are few articles that summarize the influence of POS to OCB. Based our research on the Chinese social environment, with the achievement on POS and OCB, we have done a systemic analysis of the influence on OCB of POS.Firstly, this paper compared different POS and OCB theories and methods so as to make preparation for future researches.In the theories research, this paper analyzed the mechanism of influences of POS on OCB and narrated the theoretical model of the influence process. In the model, we set felt obligation as the mediator variable, exchange ideology as the moderator variable between POS and felt obligation. Finally we established the research suppositions.In the empirical research, this paper mainly used SPSS13.0 and AMOS7.0 for statistical analysis and drawed up a series of conclusions form Items Analysis, Factor Analysis, Reliability and Validity Analysis, Variance Analysis, Correlation Analysis and Regression Analysis. The empirical study showed that the self-developed scale had a good reliability and validity; Age, marriage status, work tenure, enterprise nature had a significant impact on conscientiousnes. POS affected OCB through the intermediation of felt obligation; Felt obligation completely mediated the associations of POS with altruism, conscientiousnes and partially mediated the relation between POS and identification with company; Exchange ideology didn't moderate the relationship between POS and felt obligation.Finally, the empirical results were analyzed and some countermeasure proposals had been put forward; the study model was revised and future research direction was prospected. |
