Managers mostly stress the employees to complete the job duties by following the job description, and try to streamline and standardize the work as much as possible. But in fact, employees can create values to the organization far beyond just completing the job duties, but alsoinclude the contributions of encourage colleagues and improve cooperation which benefit toachieve the company long-term goals, and such kind of activities involve the organizational citizenship behavior. Meanwhile, whether employees viscerally identify the companies and voluntarily contribute to the enterprise is essential for the enterprise development. Thus the exploration on employees’ organization identification psychological, behavioral identification and the impact from organizational citizenship behavior has a far-reaching significance on both thepractice and theory development of enterprise management.In this research, a relational model about the perceived supervisor support, perceived organizational support, organizational identification and organizational citizenship behavior is built, based on the theory of social identification and organizational support, to study the impact of organizational identity and organizational citizenship behavior factors, providing reference for domestic human resources management. Through literature research, field interviews and questionnaires, a total of322valid questionnaires are collected from a private enterprise. SPSS17.0and AMOS17.0are used for the data process and analysis to carry out the work on thepre-test data analysis and scale revision, formal investigation of confirmatory factor analysis,reliability analysis, ANOVA, correlation analysis, structural model test, Intermediary model test and hierarchical regression analysis.Data fitting analysis indicates that:(1) Perceived organizational support positively influence organizational identification;(2) Perceived organizational support positively influenceorganizational citizenship behavior;(3) Organizational identification positively influence organizational citizenship behavior;(4) Organizational identification acts as the mediator between organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior;(5) Perceived supervisor support act as a regulator between perceived organizational support and organizational identification. In the discussion of hypothesis testing within this study, combining theory with practic e, has provided the detail explanation on hypothesis testing result and analysis results respectively. Finally, based on the study result, propose the study revelation and management strategies, and summarize the full text.
