With the surfing wave of knowledge-based economy and intensification of the competition,organizations frequently feel the annoyance and pressure facing them during the course of growth.On one hand,the organizations have to deal with the ever-changing environment adjusting development strategy and operation policy.They also have to solve the problems and conflicts internally presented quite often.After suffering countless pain encountered during the process,many organizations continually reflect and explore on what is motive power to an organization development.Capital,Opportunity,Technology or Management? Finally,they concluded that human resources are the real force driving an organization's continuous growth and development.Company A,the reach target of this thesis,which is a plastic packaging products firm owned by Japanese.Through careful examining and analysis of the recruitment of human resource management,the author found that the company's recruitment system can not meet the enterprise needs in recruiting proper talents to fulfill various position at different levels to abreast with the process of organization development.Often times,low efficiency,high talent turnover become the bottleneck of its own products.Enterprise recruitment process is a key link to resolve these issues.After Investigating above mentioned reasons,the author assumed that absences of synergistically binding forces between management theories and the practical recruitment could be the main reason,which are caused by ineffective current form of A recruitment system and lack of effective recruitment methods.Focusing on these existing problems,and to really play to the impetuses of the recruitment management of A development,the author suggested to implement a practical and effective recruitment system as desired.Based on the analysis of A company's human resources recruitment system focusing on its problems and loopholes,an optimal design on formulating recruitment plan,strengthening cross department communication,standardization of recruitment process,formulation of proper performance evaluation mechanism,attachment of more importance by the managements etc.It is expected that those measures will push forward and standardize A company's full human resource management work,thus contribute to attaining A company's strategic target.
