Human resource is the important safeguard and impetus for the development ofenterprises, and the core competitiveness of enterprises. Excellent talents can determine thebusiness performance and future development of enterprises. Recruitment management is animportant part of human resources management in enterprises, and it plays some importantresponsibilities in the selection of suitable talents for the enterprises, providing the growingpower and supporting the sustainable development for enterprises. In the c urrent period witha rapid social and economic development, enterprises put forward a higher requirement onthe recruitment management. The core element of recruitment is the recruitment system, andit is the soul of recruitment management. Recruitment system is a scientific work system, itcan play a guiding role of recruitment management, reduce the blindness and randomness inrecruitment management, make the recruitment management more standard, and improvethe quality and efficiency of recruitment management.This study used the recruitment practices of marketing planning department incompany U, analysis the human resource recruitment theory and competency model,combined with the status quo and problem of recruitment in staff recruitment system, andoptimized the recruitment system in marketing planning department of company U.This study discussed six problems of the existing recruitment system as following: theexecution of recruitment system was not enough; human resources planning was not usedeffectively; recruitment division was not clear enough; the recruitment criteria was notstrictly enforced on the job analysis; recruitment staff was not strong on the expertise ofcompany’s business; interviewers lacked the professional interview skills. This studystarted from the six problems, improved the recruitment management system, and alsoestablished competency model in recruitment system.The new recruitment system can be used to regulate the management of the humanresources recruitment process, strengthen the implementation of the human resourcesmanagement system, improve recruitment efficiency, reduce recruitment costs, andimprove the recruitment efficiency and personnel competitive advantage in marketingplanning department of company U, and also provide a reference for similar companies.
