The Research On Optimization Of Warehouse Layout In LS Company

Warehousing is a bridge between suppliers and customers,occupies a very important position in modern logistics activities,warehousing operation efficiency will inevitably affect the efficiency of the entire logistics activities.Warehousing is no longer a static storage of goods,but to time and space management as a means to improve the efficiency of storage operations.The purpose of time management is to have a quick order processing time,sorting time,out of the library time,etc.;and space management purposes is to have a reasonable warehouse layout,when the inventory product demand changes,can quickly set the storage for the change product.When warehousing from static storage into a dynamic logistics,it is necessary to re-planning the layout of the design and storage to meet the needs of market competition and development.This paper takes Dalian LS Trading Company as an example to study the optimization of warehouse layout.This paper points out the problem of warehousing layout of Dalian LS Trading Co.,Ltd.,and points out the problem of warehousing layout of the company,pointing out some problems such as the layout of the warehouse area and the import and export,the unreasonable cargo arrangement and the low efficiency of the operation.Commerce enterprises to analyze the logistics relationship,non-logistics relationship analysis,comprehensive relationship analysis,LS enterprises according to business needs and future development needs in the analysis of the results obtained in the optimization program to select the optimal program;on the basis of the use of EIQ analysis and ABC classification planning LS company product storage,and ultimately get the LS warehouse layout optimization results,analysis and optimization of the results before and after the optimization analysis.Through the optimization of the warehouse layout of LS company,this paper improves the problem of the storage and distribution of LS warehouse.It makes the goods into the storage area obviously,reduces the total workload of the warehouse and improves the utilization rate of the warehouse.Thereby enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.
