| At present,with the increasing market demand for medicine,it will bring a brighter future for the development of Chinese medicine enterprises.As an important link of logistics activities,pharmaceutical warehousing can not only integrate upstream and downstream resources,ensure the timely supply of drugs for enterprises,but also increase the source of income for enterprises and help enterprises improve efficiency.However,compared with the large pharmaceutical enterprises with strong economic strength and stable development,the warehousing efficiency of small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprises is relatively low,and it is difficult to cope with the changes of pharmaceutical market demand.Therefore,how to improve the operation efficiency of pharmaceutical warehousing and improve the turnover rate of drugs in the warehouse has become the goal of small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprises,and the optimization and improvement of warehousing layout is the key problem to improve the warehousing operation of pharmaceutical enterprises.This paper takes the storage facility of B pharmaceutical enterprise as the research object,draws on the existing storage facility layout research methods and relevant basic theories of medical storage,combines the function,characteristics and layout objectives of medical storage,and makes an in-depth analysis of the development status of B pharmaceutical enterprise storage through interviews and field investigations.It has been discovered that the warehouse of the enterprise has problems such as unreasonable division of functional area,lack of scientific planning of plane layout and staggered operation of functional area.Through in-depth research and reasonable analysis,aiming at the actual situation of storage layout of B pharmaceutical enterprise,aiming at minimum total handling cost and maximum comprehensive correlation between functional intervals,and taking fixed facilities such as boundary restriction,non-overlap of functional areas and inlet and outlet as constraint conditions,an optimization model of medical storage layout was constructed,analyzed by SLP method and improved particle swarm optimization algorithm were used to solve the model.Finally,the optimal layout scheme suitable for B pharmaceutical enterprise storage is generated.The feasibility and effectiveness of the optimization scheme are verified by comparing and analyzing the logistics handling distance,logistics intensity and objective function results of the original layout scheme and the optimization scheme.The conclusion of this paper will provide practical guiding meaning and effective research thinking for Chinese small and medium-sized medical enterprises to optimize their warehouse layout. |
