| The spatial structure of material elements in urban area is the core and hot topic of urban geography.The hotel industry is an important part of the urban material space,and it is the research object of the research of the urban material space structure.Along with the development of China's tourism industry ushered in a new round of the golden period of development,the country to support the construction of Wuhan National Center City and other favorable macroeconomic,Wuhan hotel industry is facing great opportunities for development and broad market space,will usher in the overall growth and development.In this study,the Internet data mining technology to support,to Wuhan City Star Hotel and economy hotel chain as the research object,using analysis methods and GIS spatial analysis tools,from the three space in Wuhan City,the urban development area,city scale,reveals 2000-2016 in Wuhan hotel industry spatial agglomeration.The temporal and spatial evolution.On this basis,to measure the suitability and Wuhan city land suitability micrositing hotel location each hotel in Wuhan City,with a view to the potential consumers select shop and Avenir Hotel hotel enterprise location reference.The following main conclusions are obtained:(1)The hotel industry spatial agglomeration characteristics analysis showed that three of the overall spatial scale,star hotels,economic chain hotel,the hotel industry layout showed a significant positive spatial correlation,and the overall Moran's index rose steadily,the spatial agglomeration degree continuously strengthened;the different types of hotel spatial agglomeration characteristics and stage has difference of.(2)Analysis shows that the evolution of city scale characteristics of hotel industry space: star hotel expansion at the initial stage of contact diffusion is dominant,late to jump diffusion is dominant;the Econo Hotel location showed a strong center expansion type,mainly to contact diffusion;hotel industry in general has experienced the process of polarization and diffusion mixed interaction.The number of rooms to gather in space,but covered by the hotel industry expanding the range of services.(4)The urban development area scale hotel industry evolution characteristics analysis shows: the star hotel in Hankou,Hankou and Wuchang constitute a continuous layout,dual core structure of star hotels in Wuhan city;the economy hotel chain 2005 to2010 will enter a period of booming development,further strengthening and expansion of the polar nuclei,and gradually form a circle structure the trend in 2016,formed the basic structure of circle.The hotel industry presents the spatial evolution process of "single core,dual core and circle" as a whole,and the development pattern of the sphere is affected by the green wedge policy.(5)City scale hotel industry analysis shows that the stability of the temporal evolution characteristics of spatial form of hotel overall development of cold hot region,Hankou Linjiang region has gradually become a hot area;the economy hotel chain hotspots fluctuate in Wuchang in 2005,hot spots,in 2010 2016 moved to the northwest,and mobile to the southeast of the hotel industry overall trend;the cold hot form stable,hot core from Wuchang to Hankou to move gradually,finally formed along the symmetrical balance situation.(6)The hotel micrositing suitability and hotel to the city center distance is inversely related to the Wuhan Downtown Hotel suitability evaluation score is high,with the increase of distance from the center of the city,the hotel's suitability evaluation score decreased gradually.There was a great difference in the suitability of site selection among different hotels.(7)There is a strong spatial variation in the site suitability of each block,and the distribution pattern is obvious.Wuhan city center as the peak of the peak,with the sharpdecline from the city center,the formation of the long tail.Trend analysis showed that in the area far from the city center to form a few location area is suitable for good,it is the four level of Wuhan urban system of city planning in Wuhan in the "new town"(grade second),reflecting the city planning and the overall development trend of city factors for micro site suitability. |
