Spatial Distribution And Spatial Temporal Evolution Of Hotel Industry In Changsha City

Since China’s reform and opening up,people’s living standards continue to improve,the business activities have become more and more frequent,and the flow of people has been increasing,the rapid development of the tourism industry to promote the large-scale development of the hotel industry.From the beginning of 1980 s,the hotel space layout has been a topic of domestic and foreign scholars,in different countries,different cities,different types of urban structure reconstruction,lodging industry spatial structure characteristics have difference,Changsha as the capital of Hunan Province,the spatial pattern of the city pattern from the "pie" cluster evolution multi core dispersed development,hotel industry as the development of the city window industry was ignored.Therefore,this article in star hotel and budget hotel in changsha city as the research object,using ArcGIS spatial analysis,GeoDa space sequence correlation analysis,multiple Logistics regression analysis to study the spatial structure,spatial structure evolution analysis,hotel location factors analysis.At the same time,the hotel in changsha city spatial structure and urban space structure,the relationship between so as to provide support for hotel location.Research conclusions are as follows:(1)Changsha city hotel industry spatial structure presents a cluster state,upscale hotel,the same kind of chain brand hotel location is not near,middle and low and high-grade hotel location is near,thus increasing the space between the hotel competition.The spatial distribution pattern,densely distributed in the Changsha upscale hotel in the city center CBD,surrounding the low-standard hotel located in transportation hub,budget hotel cluster areas including railway station,surrounding the CBD,traffic trunk road,colleges and universities,such as location,estuary metro subway and on the edge of the city area distribution for blank.(2)the evolution of the expansion Changsha City Hotel Space: concentric layers of expansion,the transportation hub of the City Star expansion,provincial government,municipal government,development zone,scattered beads,long distance expansion expansion of the surrounding counties and towns,city function zoning become the development of the hotel industry guide.(3)the most important factors of Changsha’s hotel space layout are transportation convenience,land price,transportation convenience to different types of hotels in any stage is very important.Spatial agglomeration is the basic characteristics of hotel space layout,Changsha city construction,city traffic structure changes and other factors caused the hotel agglomeration degree is reduced,improving the edge area transportation convenience,the hotel to the external diffusion,diffusion increased Hotel evolution.(4)the coordinated development of the hotel industry spatial structure and city spatial structure,city function zoning will gradually become the main type of hotel layout guidelines,"12th Five-Year" Hunan province service industry development plan pointed out that the overall development of city groups,implementation of the ring of Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan city group is the center along the circle of the tourism development strategy,but considering the Changsha is a large city,and Zhuzhou,Xiangtan difference is huge,and still continue to gather expansion,need to consider the impact on the level of the city level and the number of the hotel.
