Since the reform and opening up,the state-owned enterprises generally implement multiple employment system oriented by efficiency,multiple employment system has be come an important force to boost the development of state-owned enterprises.However,because the official staff and temporary staff in all aspects of the treatment gap,resulti ng in the temporary staff work values of the trouble.In recent years,the state-owned en terprise multiple employees' work values dual attention by enterprises and academia.O n the one hand,because of the work values and job performance are closely related;on the other hand,the work values of employees have an important impact on the future of enterprises' development.Organizational identity as a kind of informal control mean s,is a bound to keep the employees consistent with the enterprise in psychology and b ehavior.In this paper,we study the influence of organizational identification on the wor k values of multiple employees in the state-owned enterprises.This paper consists of four parts:The first part:the introduction.Which mainly reviews the related literature of organ izational identification and work values,expounds the research background of this paper,and further points out the significance of it,research thoughts and methods,innovation p oints.The second part:the dilemma of multiple employees' work values in the state-own ed enterprise.This part firstly points out that the current situation of state-owned enterp rises diversified employment system,then from the ideological and political education p erspective,summarizing the current state-owned enterprises diversified employees' work value dilemma,and further analysis of its causes.The third part:the analysis of organizational identity influence on state-owned ente rprises multiple employees' work values.In this part,starting in the organizational identit y,combining the organizational identification in organizational behavior and work value s in ideological and political education,and explaining the relationship of them.The la st but not the least,analysis the influence on organizational identification the state-own ed enterprises multiple employees' work values.The fourth part:organizational identification on multiple case study of state-owned enterprises diversified employment of the employees' work values.In order to verify th e above theory,this part based on the organizational identity status of state-owned ente rprises' multiple employees,respectively,from Tianjin,Taiyuan,Datong five multiple empl oyees of five state-owned enterprises.Making the in-depth interview,and keeping record,then using the application of the method integrate interview record,and draw valid con clusions.
