Person-organization fit is the fit taking place when organization can satisfy one’s needs, value, requests and preference. That is the core of fit between employees’work values and employers’culture lying in their value’s fit. Person-organization fit can not only have influence on employees’attitudes and performance, but also the work results. Now, there are quantities of researches on person-organization fit, but less are fit for employers of machinery manufacturing enterprises. Let alone the researches on relationship among employees’Person-Organization Value Fit and Organizational Commitment of machinery manufacturing enterprises.This essay talk about the characters and structures of person-organization fit as well as relationship among employees’person-organization value fit and organizational commitment by taking example of some of machinery manufacturing enterprises’employees of Shan Dong province. Finally, we get these results through analysis of articles, and investments as well as deep talks and questionaires.Through analysis of exploring factors, it discovers that person-organization values fit of machinery manufacturing enterprises’employees has four factors, including organizational security and self-development, self-growth, no-worryment and entertainment.We construct questionaies of person-organization values fit after constructing work value and organization value questionaires. The reliability and validity are good.We explore the personal variance’s effect on person-organization values fit, and find that there are no differences among sex, age and education experiences, there are obvious differences between matrital condition, work position and years of work.Employers of machinery manufacturing enterprises pay more attention on organizational security and self-development, self-growth and less attention on no-worryment and entertainment. When talks to person-organization values fit, we can find that organizational security and self-development, self-growth earns more scores than entertainment and no-worryment.Some dimensions of person-organization values fit are high related with organizational commitment.Regression analysis reveals that organizational security and self-development influence affect commitment significantly. Person-organization values have no effect on normal commitment and continuance commitment.
