Research On Competitiveness Evaluation Of Strategic Emerging Industries In China Based On Niche

With the application of science and technology in industrial production,the strategic emerging industries relying on the industrial sector has also made rapid development.The provinces and cities in China take it as a tool to promote economic growth to develop strategic emerging industries,due to the differences in the provinces and the development of strategic emerging industries in different provinces,it is necessary to evaluate the competitiveness of strategic emerging industries and enhance the strength of economic development in China comprehensively and specifically.This dissertation makes a research on the competitiveness of strategic emerging industries in China based on the niche theory.First of all,it explains the definition and characteristics of strategic emerging industries,defines the industrial niche based on niche theory,expounds the research status of strategic emerging industries at home and abroad,and the application of niche theory in enterprise and Industry.Secondly,the framework of industrial competitiveness is constructed based on the ecological knowledge.Then,the ecological niche index was constructed to calculate the ecological niche value,potential value and niche value of each province in the strategic emerging industry sub industry.At the same time,From the three dimensions of survival,development and coordination,we calculate the niche intensity of strategic emerging industries in China.Finally,on the basis of niche overlap and niche competition theory,the competitive strategy of strategic emerging industries is given based on the niche intensity and overlap degree.The results show that the level of development of strategic emerging industry in China is not balanced,the development of the eastern region is large,with the leading industry competitiveness,in the scale and extent of development,the central and western strength is quite similar,the northeast industrial development scale is small,the development is lagging behind.Most of provinces and cities in China are in the state of industrial development with small niche intensity and large overlap,that is insect type,in order to improve the competitiveness of strategic emerging industries in this province,niche separation and niche expansion should be adopted.
